Hi,

I encountered strange problem, while in OFFLINE mode few games stopped working while others work without problem.
Anyone has similiar issue?
The problem I see when launching CIV5 or XCOM:Enemy Unknown is Steam client tries to connect to its servers, but it can't (because of offline mode) and gives me error code 3 (Steam servers busy...).
I wonder why OFFLINE mode tries to synchronise like it was supposed to only in ONLINE mode and Steam client prevents games from starting?
When I switch to online both games work without problem, switch to offline and Steam client prevents it from starting, why??

Please help.
